The Victron Orion-Tr Smart 12/48-8 is an isolated DC-DC charger that boosts a 12V source up to charge a 48V battery bank. It has Bluetooth built in, so you can set it up and monitor it right from the VictronConnect app, and it can also be used as a regular power supply.
